We are experienced in preparing designs and undertaking design calculations for new buildings, conversions, extensions and alterations to existing buildings whatever their size, condition and use.

Our Engineers will provide the necessary plans, design calculations and specifications suitable for your builders use and submission to the Local Authority for Building Regulation approval.

For residential alterations a visit usually takes less than 1 hour depending on the size of the project and the subsequent calculations prepared within 3 working days of the visit.

Alternatively, you can email your plans and requirements to us for a competitive price.

For a small additional fee the report can be prepared within two days of instruction.
